- Estimate requests. Your first and last name, email address, phone number, property address or city, a description of your project and your preferred timeline.
- Calls, texts and emails. Whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us.
- Technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule an on-site visit, prepare your estimate and carry out your project. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and receive your request, and with the licensed trades working on your project when they need it to do their part. Each uses it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you check the text-message box on our estimate form, we may text you about your estimate request and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, such as telling people apart from automated traffic.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning a project. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
